Protection of personal data
Pursuant to art. 13 par. 1 and par. 2 of the Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data of April 27th 2016. The administrator of personal data is the Jan Kochanowski Popular Theatre in Radom with its seat at 26-600 Radom Pl. Jagielloński 15 represented by the Director of the Theatre.
The data administrator has appointed a data protection officer (inspektor@teatr.radom.pl).
The personal data administrator processes data obligatorily in order to perform the tasks specified by law.
In a voluntary situation, personal data is processed on the basis of the consent of the data subject.
Personal data provided via the website / contact form or otherwise (providing a business card, sending an e-mail, telephone contact), are collected, processed and stored for the purpose of correspondence for the purpose for which they were made available, including in connection with the performance of contracts for the purchase or booking of tickets.
The data may be made available to data recipients within the meaning of the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data, e.g. persons authorized by the administrator to use data in the performance of their official duties, employees and associates who must have access to the data in order to perform their duties, processors.
Personal data are processed for the period that is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected or until consent is revoked, then for internal purposes of the administrator (documentation purposes of the conducted activity), further documents subject to archiving, transferred to the archive and stored in accordance with the provisions of the act on the national archival resource and archives.
Persons whose data is processed have the right to be informed about the operations / purposes of processing; the right to access data concerning them, the right to rectify / supplement data; the right to delete data; the right to limit processing; the right to data portability; the right to object to data processing; the right not to be profiled as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority when data processing violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data.
